Appointment Confirmation Policy
We have implemented the following appointment confirmation policy to accommodate you better and ensure we are maximizing our team’s time to see more patients in need.
Here’s how it will work:
- 5 days before your appointment, you will receive an email and text message reminder to ensure the appointment still works with your schedule. If not, we encourage you to call us to reschedule.
- 3 days prior to your appointment, you will receive an email and text message reminder with a request to confirm your appointment.
- 2 days prior to your appointment, you will receive an email and text message reminder with a request to confirm your appointment.

1 day prior to your appointment – If you have not yet confirmed your appointment, you will receive a text message from our practice asking you to confirm your appointment by 4 p.m. Unconfirmed appointments will be released so that another pet can be scheduled.
This policy aims to increase our availability to treat pets in need.
